Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director, founded House Majority PAC in April 2011. She continues to oversee the organization’s daily operations, including serving as House Majority PAC’s principal political strategist. In 2006, Lapp was at the epicenter of the political storm when Democrats last seized the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving first as the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s campaign director then as deputy director of the committee’s independent expenditure. In that role, she helped oversee all polling and voter communications programs for the $55 million effort that resulted in the Democrats’ 30 seat gain that year. In 2008, Lapp served as a consultant to the DCCC to assist with the setup and organization of its independent expenditure program.
