House Majority PAC’s spot, “Play By The Rules,” being run in conjunction with the LCV Victory Fund, takes Quico Canseco to task for his out of touch priorities, including supporting tax cuts for millionaires and for companies that ship American jobs overseas. “Play By The Rules ” will run through Election Day in San Antonio at a cost of $480,000.
