House Republicans Would Also Allow Wealthiest To Cheat On Their Taxes
Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC Executive Director Abby Curran Horrell issued the following statement after 25 vulnerable House Republicans voted to increase the deficit by $114 billion and allow the wealthiest Americans to cheat on their taxes:

“Republicans may pretend to care about working families but when push comes to shove, they will always vote to allow the wealthiest Americans to cheat on their taxes – all while adding $114 billion to the deficit. Plain and simple, Republicans are catastrophic for Americans’ wallets, and in 2024 we will hold them accountable and take back the House.”
