Democratic PAC Targets Indiana, Michigan, Colorado, California

The Democratic-affiliated group House Majority PAC today announced four new ads fulfilling an earlier-announced buy.

Three of the ads begin airing today, while one begins airing Thursday.

In its first foray into Indiana’s open 2nd district, House Majority PAC hits former state Rep. Jackie Walorski (R) on her position on women’s health care. She is favored in her race against Iraq War veteran Brendan Mullen (D).

This ad, which begins today, is backed by $175,000 over one week in the South Bend media market:

 

The group’s second ad is a tough spot on social issues in Colorado’s 6th district hitting GOP Rep. Mike Coffman, who is being challenged by state Rep. Joe Miklosi (D). This ad, which begins today, is backed by $525,000 in the Denver media market over a week:
The third ad hits freshman Rep. Dan Benishek (R), running in a rematch with former state Rep. Gary McDowell (D) in Michigan’s 1st district. This spot, which begins airing today, is backed by $340,000 over a week in the Traverse City and Marquette media markets.
The fourth spot goes after Rep. Dan Lungren (R), who faces physician Ami Bera in California’s 7th district. This ad, which hits Lungren for his position on stem cell research and is backed by $115,000 on Sacramento cable over a week, begins Thursday:
