HMP Marks April Cash-On-Hand Record

Washington, D.C. – Today, House Majority PAC announced that its latest monthly fundraising report will show the group marking another cash-on-hand record for this early in the cycle – ending April with nearly $10 million. The report will also show the group having raised approximately $1 million in April and more than $12.8 million total for the 2016 cycle so far. The totals for the cycle include more than 113,000 individual contributions from over 40,000 donors.
The recent fundraising report covers April 1 through April 30.
“House Majority PAC continues forward into 2016 stronger than ever before,” said House Majority PAC Executive Director Alixandria Lapp. “We will keep amassing resources to hold GOP congressional candidates accountable nationwide and secure wins for Democrats in districts across the country.”
House Majority PAC was founded in 2011. During the 2014 cycle, House Majority PAC raised and spent $38 million – focusing on leveraging resources and strategic investments to assist Democrats in winning 11 of 12 races that were “too close to call” on Election night. House Majority PAC’s work has been called “impressive” and “devastatingly effective.”
