HMP Poll: Kristina Knickerbocker With Clear Path in OH-10

Washington, D.C. – A new House Majority PAC poll of Ohio’s 10th Congressional District, conducted by FM3 from July 6-12, finds Democratic candidate Kristina Knickerbocker is within striking distance of Republican Rep. Mike Turner.
Key findings from HMP’s poll include:
- Democrats lead on the generic ballot: In a generic congressional matchup, 48% of OH-10 voters said they would support the Democratic candidate and 47% said they would vote for the Republican candidate if the election were held today.
- Kristina Knickerbocker is within striking distance of Mike Turner: In an initial head-to-head matchup, 41% of OH-10 voters support Kristina Knickerbocker and 48% support Mike Turner.
- Turner’s initial lead diminishes as voters get to know Knickerbocker: After voters hear positive biographies of both candidates, Knickerbocker pulls ahead in the race, leading Turner 48% to 44%.
- Donald Trump is deeply underwater in OH-10: Trump’s favorability rating stands at 43% favorable to 56% unfavorable, giving him a net favorability of -13 points.
- Turner is also underwater with district voters: Turner posts a 39% favorable to 41% unfavorable image.
