HMP POLL: Paige Cognetti Leads Rob Bresnahan in PA-08

Washington, D.C. – A new House Majority PAC poll in Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional District, conducted by Lake Research Partners from June 18th to June 23rd, finds Democratic candidate Paige Cognetti leading Republican Rep. Rob Bresnahan. 

Key findings from HMP’s poll include:

• Paige Cognetti leads Rob Bresnahan in PA-08: In a head-to-head matchup, Cognetti leads Bresnahan 47% to 45%.
  
• Rob Bresnahan is underwater in the district: Bresnahan’s favorability rating stands at just 39% favorable to 48% unfavorable, including 35% very unfavorable.
  
• Trump is also underwater in PA-08: Trump’s favorability stands at just 40% favorable to 58% unfavorable in PA-08, including 53% very unfavorable.
