HMP Poll: Shomari Figures TIED With Rhett Marques in AL-02

Washington, D.C. – A new House Majority PAC poll of Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District, conducted by Tulchin Research from August 24-31, finds Democratic Rep. Shomari Figures and Republican candidate Rhett Marques tied on the initial head-to-head, 47% to 47%. 

Key findings from HMP’s poll include:

• Shomari Figures and Rhett Marques are tied on the initial ballot test: In a head-to-head matchup, Figures and Marques both receive 47% support.

• Shomari Figures pulls ahead on the informed ballot: After hearing bios of both candidates, Figures leads Marques 50% to 47%.
