In Total, House Majority PAC – in conjunction with SEIU – Has Reserved Nearly $25 Million to Hold Extreme Republicans Accountable

Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC today announced $2.2 million worth of additional television ad reservations in CA-26 and NY-18, two top Democratic pickup opportunities.

House Majority PAC already announced, in conjunction with SEIU, over $22 million in reservations ($18.5 million from House Majority PAC and $3.7 million from SEIU) in 43 markets across the country.

“House Majority PAC’s ever-expanding paid media campaign will take the fight to Republican House members and candidates over their support for radical and out of touch policies,” said Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director of House Majority PAC. “And now, with Paul Ryan, the author of the budget plan that ends Medicare while cutting taxes for the wealthy, on the GOP presidential ticket, these Republicans have even more to answer for.”

The following is the list of additional markets in which House Majority PAC is reserving time along with the approximate size of the reservation:

Los Angeles – $1 million

New York – $1.2 million

House Majority PAC spent approximately $700,000 in the CA-26 primary this spring – the bulk of which was dedicated to airing this ad on behalf of Julia Brownley: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miJ8C2caJhI.

And earlier this month in NY-18, House Majority PAC released a poll that shows Sean Patrick Maloney essentially tied with Nan Hayworth.
