House Majority PAC Launches Second Ad in IA-01

Washington, D.C. – Today, House Majority PAC released the group’s second ad in the race for Iowa’s First Congressional District. The ad, titled “Explainer,”describes how Congressman Rod Blum has failed to represent the best interests of his constituents – by supporting unfair trade deals that cost Iowa jobs and tax breaks for corporations shipping jobs overseas.

“Congressman Blum has put big corporations before the needs of the hard-working Iowans he was supposed to represent,” said House Majority PAC Communications Director Jeb Fain. “IA-01 voters deserve a Representative who will go to bat for them in Congress. Rod Blum and his agenda are just plain wrong for Iowa.”
 
“Explainer” begins airing on TV today in the Cedar Rapids media market. It is the second ad in a $300,000 airtime buy and $53,000 digital buy, targeting IA-01, that began on September 13.
