June 20, 2016

Washington, D.C. – Today, House Majority PAC announced that its May monthly fundraising report will show the organization having raised nearly $3 million during the month. The report will also show the group with close to $12 million cash-on-hand – marking another monthly cash-on-hand record for the group this early in the cycle – and almost double the group’s May cash-on-hand during the 2014 cycle. The most recent filing brings HMP’s total raised for the 2016 cycle so far to more than $15.8 million with over 121,000 contributions from more than 41,000 donors.

The recent fundraising report covers May 1 through May 31.

“As the cycle heats up, House Majority PAC is continuing to break records and amass the resources necessary to help congressional Democrats win nationwide,” said House Majority PAC Executive Director Alixandria Lapp. “Our donors are committed to countering the divisive agenda which defines the GOP ticket from top to bottom.”
