Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC Executive Director Ali Lapp issued the following statement on Jesse Kelly becoming the Republican nominee in the special election in Arizona’s Eighth Congressional District:

“Jesse Kelly is an extreme Tea Party candidate whose ideas are not only out of step with southern Arizona, but dangerous for women, seniors and the middle class.
