IL-10: House Majority PAC Congratulates Brad Schneider

November 9, 2016

Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC congratulated Representative Brad Schneider on his victory in Illinois’ 10th Congressional District.

“Tonight, IL-10 voters rejected Bob Dold and his partisan, out-of-touch record. Congratulations to Brad Schneider who won a hard fought victory for Illinois and for those who want to keep our country moving forward,” said Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director of House Majority PAC. “House Majority PAC was proud to play a part in making sure Brad Schneider will be able to resume his terrific work for Illinois in Washington.”

Knowing this would be a costly race in an expensive media market, House Majority PAC reserved airtime for the fall early – back in April. The group shot and aired a TV ad which featured a Highland Park voter reviewing the facts online about Republican Congressman Bob Dold’s out-of-touch record including his votes to privatize Medicare and charge women more for health care. HMP also launched a real-life version of the website featured in the TV ad, www.congressadvisor.org, where voters could read the facts about Dold’s out-of-touch record for themselves, as well as a multi-piece direct mail program.
