Issa Will Vote Against DREAM Act

WASHINGTON, DC – Yesterday, Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-49) told the San Diego Union-Tribune that he would vote no on the DREAM Act. The DREAM Act would permanently protect DACA recipients.

“It’s clear that Congressman Darrell Issa is out-of-step with his constituents, and all of the California DREAMers who are working hard to make a better life for themselves,” said Charlie Kelly, Executive Director for House Majority PAC. “This bill would help thousands of hardworking, law-abiding immigrants who have been here since they were children. Yet, Congressman Issa proves once again that he doesn’t care about DREAMers or genuinely fixing our immigration system.
