New Ad Spotlights Consequences of Marquez Peterson’s Washington Agenda

Washington, DC – Today, House Majority PAC launched a new TV ad in AZ-02. The ad spotlights how Lea Marquez Peterson would enable the Washington politicians who picked her and their toxic agenda over Arizonans.

Lea Marquez Peterson backs a tax plan that hurts hardworking Arizona families. It gives 83 percent of the benefits to the ultra-rich while raising taxes on middle-class families and increasing the debt by $1.9 trillion. To pay for this plan, Washington politicians want to cut billions from Medicare. 

The TV spot titled “Consequences” will begin running on cable and broadcast today in the Tucson media market with a buy of approximately $525,000 behind it.

“Lea Marquez Peterson isn’t going to stand up for Arizonans,” said House Majority PAC Press Secretary Hannah Blatt. “Instead, she’ll wholeheartedly back the Washington politicians who made her candidacy possible, and in return, Marquez Peterson will support their toxic agenda – raising taxes on hardworking families. Voters can’t afford to send a hand-picked lackey like Lea Marquez Peterson to Congress.”
