New AR-01 Poll Shows Overwhelming Majority Doesn’t Think Rick Crawford Deserves Reelection
October 27, 2011
The House Majority PAC today released a new Public Policy Polling (PPP) poll that shows Representative Rick Crawford in serious jeopardy of losing reelection.
In Arkansas’ 1st Congressional District, only 43% of voters would like to reelect Rick Crawford, while 48% would prefer someone else. Additionally, just 38% have a favorable opinion of the Republicans in Congress, with 49% holding a negative one.
“Republican incumbents such as Rick Crawford running in swing districts are in serious trouble and Republican control of the House is in serious jeopardy,” said Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director of the House Majority PAC. “Come next November, Arkansas voters will hold Crawford and House Republicans accountable for failing to fight for middle class families.”
Public Policy Polling conducted this survey on behalf of House Majority PAC between October 19th and 23rd. In AR-01 500 registered voters were interviewed with a margin of error of +/-4.4%.To learn more, visit the House Majority PAC website.
