New CA-52 Poll Shows Overwhelming Majority Doesn’t Think Brian Bilbray Deserves Reelection
October 27, 2012
The House Majority PAC today released a new Public Policy Polling (PPP) poll that shows Representative Brian Bilbray in serious jeopardy of losing reelection.
In California’s newly redrawn 52nd Congressional District, only 42% of voters would like to reelect Brian Bilbray, while 51% would prefer someone else. Just 39% have a favorable opinion of the Republicans in Congress, with 53% holding a negative one.
“Republican incumbents such as Brian Bilbray running in swing districts are in serious trouble and Republican control of the House is in serious jeopardy,ouHouse” said Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director of the House Majority PAC. “Come next November, California voters will hold Bilbray and House Republicans accountable for failing to fight for middle class families.”
Public Policy Polling conducted this survey on behalf of House Majority PAC between October 19th and 23rd. In CA-52 733 registered voters were interviewed with a margin of error of +/-3.6%. To learn more, visit the House Majority PAC website.
