New HMP Polling Shows Janelle Stelson Leading Scott Perry in PA-10 

Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC released the results of its survey of PA-10, looking at a matchup between GOP Rep. Scott Perry (PA-10) and Democratic candidate Janelle Stelson. 

HMP’s poll found:

• Janelle Stelson leads Republican Scott Perry in a head-to-head matchup: When PA-10 constituents were asked to choose between Democrat Janelle Stelson and Republican Scott Perry, 46% said they would vote for Janelle Stelson and 43% said they would vote for Scott Perry. 11% were not sure.
   
• Scott Perry’s approval rating is underwater: When PA-10 constituents were asked if they approved or disapproved of Rep. Scott Perry’s job performance, 49% said they disapproved of his job performance, while 36% said they approved. 16% said they were not sure. 
   
• PA-10 constituents are less likely to vote for Scott Perry after his vote for the GOP budget bill: When PA-10 constituents were told that Scott Perry voted for the budget bill that will cut health care for 17 million Americans and raise costs while giving billionaires and corporations tax breaks, 46% said they are less likely to vote for him, while 22% said they are more likely to vote for him.
