New House Majority PAC CT-05 Spot – Peeling Back The Curtain On Andrew Roraback’s Tax-Raising Record

October 26, 2012

Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC announced today that it will begin running a TV ad that accuses Republican Andrew Roraback of attacking Democrat Elizabeth Esty in order to distract from his own record of raising taxes.

The ad, entitled “Game,” begins airing in Hartford today and will continue through Election Day at a cost of nearly $500,000.

“Game” is available here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZUZJyac9rc.

“Andrew Roraback sure can talk a good game but it should make Connecticut voters wonder what kind of record he’s trying to hide,” said Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director of House Majority PAC. “After all, Roraback has worked to raise taxes on the middle class, attempting to raise the sales tax and even trying to double the local tax on home sales. Connecticut deserves better.”
