New TV Ad Exposes Cresent Hardy’s Shady Career
October 9, 2018
Washington, DC – Today, House Majority PAC launched a new TV ad in NV-04 informing voters about Cresent Hardy’s shady career and why he’s wrong for Nevada.
While Cresent Hardy’s backers have launched attack ads full of lies against Steven Horsford that Nevada papers have debunked, Cresent Hardy himself has been described as an example of “everything wrong with Nevada politics.” Hardy has a history of trying to mislead voters and rip off taxpayers; while in the Nevada legislature, Hardy tried to pass legislation that would benefit his business, and sold land to Virgin Valley Water District at an inflated price, which resulted in an indictment.
“Enough Crooks,” will begin running on broadcast today in the Las Vegas media market with a buy of approximately $1 million behind it.
“Time and again, Cresent Hardy has tried to rip taxpayers off,” said House Majority PAC Press Secretary Hannah Blatt. “And back in Washington, he’d be back to his same old tricks — looking out for himself and his party. With his shady record, voters know they can’t trust Cresent Hardy to do what’s right for Nevada families.”
