New York, NY – Vulnerable House Republican Anthony D’Esposito continues to support the extremist MAGA agenda of a nationwide abortion ban. D’Esposito, has vocally supported the Dobbs decision, praising the SCOTUS ruling.

D’Esposito previously let it slip that if Republicans were to bring a 15-week nationwide abortion ban to the floor he would likely vote for it, before quickly backtracking from the statement when pressed for further details.

We have seen countless stories of women’s lives being put at risk as state legislatures across America continue to restrict access to abortion. Extremist anti-choice Republicans in Congress have already introduced a national abortion ban, and are eager to vote on it, allowing D’Espositio to continue joining with them as the House GOP threatens the livelihood of millions of women across the country.
