NY War Room: FLIP FLOP Alert – Marc Molinaro Walks Back His Toxic Vote To Repeal IRA

New York, NY – Vulnerable Republican Marc Molinaro’s hypocrisy continues as he attempts to backtrack his earlier vote to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act. This comes as Molinaro shamelessly touts a new project funded by the IRA that would bring thousands of jobs and clean energy to the Hudson Valley.

Additionally, Molinaro previously came out strongly against the IRA, claiming that “we don’t need another rubber stamp for bad ideas.” The IRA has already resulted in billions of investments and thousands of jobs that will be created in New York through these projects.

“While Democrats delivered historic legislation that’s delivering billions of dollars and thousands of jobs as an investment in our infrastructure, extremist Republican Marc Molinaro spends his time pushing MAGA extremism,” HMP NY Press Secretary Alisha Heng said. “New Yorkers see through the hypocrisy of MAGA Republicans like Marc Molinaro and will ensure he is voted out in 2024.”
