NY War Room: MAGA Mike Lawler’s Spokesman Calls Abortion Rights A Distraction

New York, NY – In case you missed it, MAGA Republican Mike Lawler’s spokesman told the New York Daily News that the focus on abortion rights is nothing more than an attempt to “distract voters.”

Lawler previously called New York’s reproductive freedoms “radical” and even labeled efforts to expand abortion access as risking “aligning [New York] with nations like China and North Korea.”

“Extremist Mike Lawler is an anti-choice Republican who is more interested in pushing the MAGA agenda and restricting abortion rights than representing his constituents,” HMP NY Press Secretary Alisha Heng said. “Mike Lawler and his radical extremism are a clear and present danger to the rights and livelihoods of millions of New Yorkers who will ensure he is voted out in 2024.”
