NY War Room: On The Anniversary Of Dobbs, Brandon Williams’ Unapologetically Touts Anti-Choice Record 

New York, NY – Ahead of the one year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision reversing Roe v. Wade, Rep. Brandon Williams has made no effort to shield his archaic views on abortion. 

In a district Biden won by seven points, Rep. Brandon Williams continues to elevate the abortion views of MAGA extremists who want to strip reproductive rights from millions of women. 

Rep. Brandon Williams has maintained his support for abortion ban bills and has said, “I’m pro-life by faith, I’m pro-life, I’m the pro-life candidate, I say that without any qualification.”

An overwhelming majority of New Yorkers support the right to choose and reject Republicans’ extreme moves to pass ridiculous abortion bans nationwide. In a since deleted tweet, Rep. Brandon Williams called last year’s Supreme Court’s decision a “monumental victory” and proclaimed it a “historic day in [the] battle against abortion.” 

Even further, Rep. Brandon Williams proudly accepted an endorsement from National Right To Life, a right-wing anti-choice group. 

“Rep. Brandon Williams’ radical views on abortion are deeply out-of-touch with New Yorkers,” said HMP New York Press Secretary Dora Pekec. “House Majority PAC will spare no effort in ensuring Rep. Brandon Williams and his crew of MAGA Republicans are voted out in 2024.”
