PA-17: House Majority PAC Congratulates Conor Lamb
November 7, 2018
Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC congratulates Representative Conor Lamb on his victory in Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District.
“Conor Lamb won another tremendous victory, beating long-time incumbent Keith Rothfus – who voted party line for a toxic agenda that hurts the middle class in western Pennsylvania,” said House Majority PAC Executive Director Charlie Kelly. “Representative Lamb ran a smart campaign focused on the economic issues that impact hardworking families – from affordable health care to protecting Social Security and Medicare.”
House Majority PAC worked with its C4 ally, Patriot Majority USA, to run a TV ad in the fall slamming Rothfus on his support for the disastrous GOP health care bill, which according to AARP would impose a devastating “Age Tax” on older Pennsylvanians. HMP also partnered with Priorities USA Action on a digital program that called Rothfus out for giving tax breaks to the ultra-rich while raising health care costs and increasing taxes for hardworking families.
HMP and partner investments combined totaled the following in PA-17: $784,593
